Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 19, 2026

TA Fund ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy across AmericaFirst.one.

Information We Collect

Donation & Checkout Data: When you donate or make purchases, we may collect your name, email address, physical billing address, and transaction details to generate tax receipts.

Blockchain Data: Public wallet addresses and transaction hashes are inherently stored on public blockchain ledgers when interacting with $America tokens or crypto donation widgets.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Issue tax receipt documentation for charitable donations.
• Fulfill merchandise or digital product orders.
• Comply with legal, tax, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulatory requirements.

Third-Party Services

We partner with secure third-party payment processors and donation engines (such as The Giving Block). We do not sell or rent personal donor data to third parties.

Data Security

We implement standard industry security protocols to safeguard your personal data.

The daily draw

We keep the Trump Account donation link you paste, so a gift can be sent there if your family is drawn. We do not publish that link. We do not ask who your child is.

• The Trump Account donation link is the entry.
• After a gift arrives, if you want the extra $250 draw, we keep the link to your post tagging @Americafirstone.
• While a family is waiting, the donation link stays off this website.
• We do not collect a name, a birthday, an email, or a phone number to enter.
• We keep a scrambled note of the connection, only so nobody can flood the draw.

The treasury balance is public, in dollars. After each day, the site shows how many families were drawn and the total sent to Trump Accounts. When a gift has landed, the site can show that child’s first name and a link to the public Trump Account page. It does not list who is still waiting.
